As a conductor of growth, the work we do together is collaborative and practical. Sessions draw from a blend of approaches — Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation and distress tolerance, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you reconnect with what matters, and mindfulness to ground you in the present. These aren't applied rigidly — they're woven together based on what you actually need.
A space that actually feels good to be in: Sessions take place in a home office — thoughtfully designed to feel warm and unhurried. It's professional and personal at once, because that's when people do their best work.
In person or by telehealth — your choice: 60-minute sessions, held wherever feels most comfortable. Both options are fully supported.
Therapy with a direction: Goals are set together at the start so you always know what you're working toward. Every quarter, we check in — not just to reflect, but to make sure the work is actually moving.
Progress you can actually see: Weekly clinical assessments track how you're doing over time — not just by feeling, but by measure. It's how we know the work is working, and how we adjust when it isn't.
Support that doesn't stop at the session door: When you need a referral, a letter for school or work, or documentation for medical or legal purposes — that's part of the care, not an extra ask.
Less guesswork with insurance: A superbill is provided so you can pursue out-of-network reimbursement with confidence.
